| Neighborhood Description: | Cherokee Garden Condos, constructed primarily in the 1980s and 1990s, is one of the neighborhoods of choice on the Northside. The garden-type condos are located on 45-acres of heavily landscaped land. This is a tight-knit condominium community full of retirees. Cherokee Gardens is walking distance to Cherokee Marsh. |
