| Neighborhood Description: | Capital View Neighborhood is nestled on Madison's southside. It is an area of modest single-family homes on large wooded lots and apartment living. One of the best kept secrets of the area is the speculator views of the State Capitol from the hillside running through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is home to Alliant Energy (Expo), Quann Community Gardens, and Quann Park. |
